This Privacy Policy explains how Lunaridge Labradors, operated by The Canine Revolution Pty Ltd, handles personal information associated with https://lunaridge.au, website enquiries and puppy applications. Lunaridge is based in Coffs Harbour, NSW. For privacy enquiries, contact [email protected].
Information you provide
Our Contact form asks for your first name and email address, with an optional phone number and message. Our Puppy Application form asks for your first name and email address, with an optional phone number and information about your household, other pets, home and fencing, dog experience, training and activity plans, preferred litter and timing. We also receive information you provide in later email correspondence.
Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Avoid including identification documents, financial details, health information or unnecessary personal information about other people. If you contact us without sufficient contact details, we may be unable to respond or discuss your application.
How enquiry information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to your questions, discuss Labrador suitability and litter information, consider puppy applications and communicate with you about your enquiry. Submitting an application does not reserve or guarantee a puppy.
Future Litter Updates and Marketing Communications
Lunaridge Labradors, operated by The Canine Revolution Pty Ltd, may occasionally contact individuals who have agreed to receive updates about upcoming litters, puppy availability, breeding plans and other relevant Lunaridge Labradors news.
We will obtain appropriate consent before sending marketing communications, identify Lunaridge Labradors as the sender and provide a clear, functional way to unsubscribe. Submitting a general enquiry or puppy application does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Recipients may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe instructions provided or by contacting [email protected].
We do not sell or share personal information with unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
Forms, email delivery and storage
The website uses WordPress and Forminator. Storage of new Contact and Puppy Application submissions in the WordPress submissions database is disabled. Notifications are sent through Brevo using FluentSMTP and delivered to our Gmail inbox at [email protected]. Future FluentSMTP email logging is disabled.
This does not mean that your information is never stored. Enquiry emails and replies are retained in Gmail. Brevo processes message content, recipient details and delivery information and may retain transactional logs or email previews under its service settings. Older WordPress submissions and troubleshooting email logs remain, and website backups may contain historical information. Disabling future storage does not delete those existing records.
Website operation and cookies
Website operation, hosting, security and email services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and delivery events. The website uses GoDaddy hosting and Cloudflare services, and has SureCookie installed for cookie management. WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in. Other cookies or similar technologies depend on the features and services enabled when you visit.
You can manage cookies through your browser and any cookie controls displayed on the website. Blocking cookies may affect some features. Our pages load a Cloudflare Web Analytics performance beacon and a GoDaddy traffic-measurement script. Cloudflare describes its Web Analytics beacon as not using cookies or browser storage to collect usage metrics. This is separate from technical information processed for hosting and security. GoDaddy may process website traffic and performance information through its hosting services. We do not describe all website measurement as cookie-free.
Service providers and external links
Providers involved in operating the website or handling correspondence include GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Brevo and Google/Gmail. Personal information may be processed or stored outside Australia through these services. These providers operate international systems; processing locations depend on the service and account arrangements. We have not verified a complete list of destination countries and do not promise Australian-only storage. Provider privacy information is available from their websites.
Links to Facebook, Instagram and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This policy does not describe those services’ independent handling of information.
Retention and protection
General enquiry and unsuccessful puppy application correspondence is normally retained for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless a longer period is reasonably required. Marketing preferences and necessary consent records may be retained separately while a subscription remains active or as otherwise required by law. This retention period is a handling policy, not a promise of automatic deletion. This period does not mean every copy disappears at 12 months. Historical WordPress submissions currently have no automatic expiry configured; provider logs and backups follow separate settings and retention cycles. Records may be retained longer where reasonably needed for an ongoing enquiry, a completed puppy transaction, legal or recordkeeping obligations, or resolving a dispute.
Currently, only the business owner accesses enquiries within Lunaridge Labradors. Service providers process information as described in this policy. Personal information is handled through the website and email accounts used for enquiries. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not use the enquiry forms to send highly sensitive information.
Access, correction and privacy concerns
You may email [email protected] to ask what personal information Lunaridge holds about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough information to identify the relevant enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing information. Any request will need to be considered against applicable requirements and the records held by Lunaridge and its providers.
